BENSON, Ryan John
August 21, 1974 – November 17, 2015

After putting up a courageous fight, our warrior, Ryan lost his battle and joined his Grandma and Great Grandma in their Secret Place. Ryan’s pride and joy and his greatest accomplishment in life is his loving daughter, Kayla Kilpatrick. He is the cherished son of Barb and Doug Nanne. Ryan will be dearly missed by his elder brother, Jay Benson (Allyson Markus Benson); younger sister, Karin Benson (Spencer Berry); his “little brother”, Christian Stackard. Ryan was the adored uncle of Warner, Alayna and Daxton. Ryan will also be lovingly remembered by his special friend, Lorraine Roy and her sons, Alexander and Aric; his father and stepmother, Ray and Marilyn Benson; brothers, Braden and Tanner; and grandfathers, Allen Baldwin and Neil Benson. Ryan was predeceased by his beloved Gram, Audrey Baldwin in April 2015.

A Celebration of Ryan’s Life will be held McKenzie Towne Hall, 40 McKenzie Towne Blvd SE, Calgary, AB on Saturday, November 21, 2015 at 12:30 pm. The family would like to express their deepest gratitude for Ryan’s care to the entire staff of the Rockyview General Hospital ICU and the 9th Floor.
