April 18, 1936 – July 27, 2019

Virginia Bennett lifelong resident of Airdrie passed away on Saturday, July 27, 2019 at the age of 83 years. Virginia is lovingly remembered by her family; husband, Everett of 64 years; children, Lori (Del) Allison, Sharan Bennett (Michael Laird), Darin (Jodi) Bennett; 7 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. A drop-in Celebration of Life will be held at the Woodside Seniors Club, 411 Woodside Drive NW, Airdrie, AB on Friday, August 23, 2019 from 1:00 pm – 7:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Children’s Wish Foundation, Suite 271, 339 – 50 Avenue SE, Calgary, AB T2G 2B3.

Sorry to hear about Va I finally got to meet her in September last year her dad and my dad were brothers. We had our picture made together everyone said we looked alike. It was a joy to meet her and Everette and other family members

Very sorry to hear of Virginia's passing. My condolence to Everett, Darin and Jodi. Seems not that long ago we briefly talked at the grocery store - we never know what each new day will bring. Take care Everett - would you like to get together for a coffee sometime ?? If so call me 948-4050.
