Carol Leonard Ballantyne

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Carol Leonard Ballantyne born June 24, 1953, died July 5, 2011. Carol is lovingly remembered by her soul mate Calvin; 4 children, Barb, Shelby, Claudette and Michael; 5 sisters, Cheryl, Betty, Pat, Joan, Peggy; 2 brothers, Gord and Larry; 5 grandchildren, Kyle, Chelsea, Dalton, Courtney, Hailey as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and cherished friends. Carol was predeceased by her mother Anne, father Don, brother Steven and son Shawn.

A Funeral Service will be held at Grace Community Church, 5850 Kerry Wood Drive, Red Deer on Saturday, July 16, 2011 at 2:00pm. If friends and family so desire donations can be made in honor of Carol to the Red Deer Food Bank, 12, 7429 – 49 Avenue, Red Deer, Alberta T4P 1N2.
