Hugh Backous, beloved husband and father passed away on Thursday, June 19, 2014 in the Rockyview Hospital at the age of 91 years. Hugh is lovingly remembered by his wife of 62 years, Eveline; his daughter, Wendy ; son-in-law, Roger; as well as the rest of the Backous family and all his friends.

A Memorial Service will be held at the Assembly Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 2900 -14 Avenue NE, Calgary, on Saturday, June 28, 2014 at 2:00 pm.
