Gordon Wayne Aufner

Gordon Wayne Aufner passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 3, 2022 at the age of 76. He was predeceased by his loving parents Michael and Lydia and his sister Ruth.

He will be greatly missed by his wife of 34 years Lillian, his son, daughters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and numerous extended family and friends.

Gord was an honorary member at the Victoria Club where he enjoyed spending time with friends playing pool, shuffleboard, bowling and the occasional game of golf. He worked with Able Courier for many years where he loved seeing and meeting so many people. He was a very kind and loving man who always had a joke or knew just how to make you smile.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, October 2, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. in the Victoria Club, 1300 Victoria Avenue, Regina, Saskatchewan.

My tears will still come at times but I know you are in a better place and not suffering anymore. My sincere condolences to the family. Gord was a good and kind man. He always had a joke to make me laugh. He was so strong and loved his family. I remember he invited me and my grandkids to the Christmas party at the Victoria club and was dressed up like Santa for all the kids. He touched many lives and I sure miss seeing him at my job.
