Douglas Harry Arkell

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Douglas Harry Arkell, on Thursday, June 4, 2020 in Calgary, AB, at the age of 76.

Doug is lovingly remembered by his children, Darcy (David), Dwayne (Marnie); wife, Suzanne; grandchildren, Shawna, Jessie, Jenna and Nathan; seven great-grandchildren; his sister, Lorraine; and nephews, David and Richard. Doug was predeceased by his wife, Marie; and his parents, Douglas and Mary Arkell.

Doug's life was full of adventure he enjoyed hunting, fishing and to always be holding the throttle wide open on his HD. No distance was too far, or out of reach, for him in life or on his bike. The air was always clear and the horizons bright.
