Patricia Mae Braconnier

Patricia Mae Braconnier passed away peacefully in the Sundre Hospital at the age of 76 years. She will be lovingly remembered by her loving husband Don; daughters Rena (Bill) Nelson, Holly (Ron) Cottrell, Jan (Karl) Kautz; brother John Kerr; her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; as well as her true friend Laura Klassen.

A Celebration of Patricia’s Life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch # 223, 135 – 6 Street SE, Sundre, Alberta on Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at 2:00 pm.

Memorial donations in Patricia’s memory may be made to Sundre Hospital, Palliative Care Unit, 709 – 1 Street NE, Sundre, Alberta T0M 1X0.
