It is with profound sadness we announce the unexpected passing of Leone Penner who went to be with her Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
She is survived by her husband of 44 years Ray, 4 children; Brad (Rebecca) Penner, Tanya (Kyle) Young, Christy (Jeff) Thackeray, Stephen (Dianna) Penner, and 12 grandchildren; Stella and Sam Penner, Chloe and Jacob Johnson, Kylian, Waverly, and Lincoln Young, Zoe and Parker Thackeray, Ryan, Mia, and Triston Penner. Also left to mourn are her brothers; Gerald (Gail) Peters, Darryl (Colleen) Peters, Marlin (Betty) Peters, Marvin (Darlene) Peters, Orest (Ida) Peters, as well as Ray's siblings; Verna (Francis) Collinson, Elvira (Terry) Kenzie, Tim and Wendy Fehr, Ron (Kyra) Penner, Jenn (Garth) Bauer, Patti (Wayne) Hildebrandt as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers please send donations in her honor to Echo Lake Bible Camp in Fort Qu'Appelle.

We are so saddened to hear the news about Leone. She had a big heart for the littles. She was an AMAZING advocate for my little guy in the program she ran at Park Play.
