Walter Kryger

Passed away November 23, 2016. He lived 89 years, on his own terms. Walter had a strong work ethic. He had many jobs throughout his career, including logging and 30 years with Canada Post. Predeceased by his loving wife Paula, and eldest sister Erna. Survived by daughters; Sharon (Lorne) and Arlene, grandchildren; Jeff (Sonja) and Cara (Don), great grandsons; James and Steven, brother Art, sisters; Lily and Beba and many nieces and nephews. Funeral Service on Saturday, December 3, 2016 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel at Alternatives Funeral and Cremation Services 3070 - 275A St, Aldergrove, B.C.
I am his oldest living sister and will miss my oldest Brother, Walter, for the rest of my life. We had less time together since I spent 59 years in the U.S. where he did manage to visit me a few times and I saw him here in the Vancouver area also quite a few times. Of course that would have been more frequent if I had lived closer.
