Messages:

We wish to send our sincere condolences at this very sad time. With fondest memories of a lovely nephew and cousin.

To lose my dad has been the most difficult thing I have ever had to go through. I will miss my dad so much but I am left with so many great memories of him. I feel the loss not only for myself but also for Yvonne, Kelly and Eric. We grieve in this together. He is gone but never forgotten and always in our hearts.

When I think of Carson, my first memory will always be of his wonderful sense of humor. He was so sincere, gentle and thoughtful. I know that he was met at the bridge by some wonderful old friends! He will be missed!

Carson... He always had a smile, something humorous to say, and ready to offer you something; whether it be a glass of wine, a pop, or an ear to bend. I know his passing has left a hole in Yvonne's heart, and I will miss him dearly.. I feel happy to have met him, and am honored that he was a part of my life.

Yvonne, Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. Our deepest condolences to you and your family.

Yvonne, We are thinking about you and your family and are so sorry for your heartbreak. From all of us at Newton Animal Hospital.

Carson was one in a million, and even though its been years since I worked with him, I will always remeber his kindness and friendship. Rest in Peace

Yvonne, my deepest sympathies in the loss of Carson. Thoughts and prayers will be with you and your family. The Bouviers will miss him as well. Take Care,

Yvonne and family: Our deepest condolences on Carson's passing. We are never prepared for what we know must come and it is always so hard. Many paws are saluting Carson from the Bridge and from the ground.

My condolences on the passing of Carson. His life long dedication to animal welfare is a testament to the type of individual he was. RIP Carson.

Dear Yvonne, We are so sorry for you loss. Our hearts break for you. We are glad we got to see him again and enjoyed his company at dinner last month. He may be gone but will not be forgotten as he has a special place in our hearts. We will always remember our sing song at our house and how happy he was to find out Linda new the Northern Lights of Old Aberdeen. Happy Memories live on. Love David, Linda, Matthew and Heather

Yvonne, my deepest condolences on your loss. I have fond memories of working with Carson! His sense of humour and kind ways will be what I remember most. He will be missed!

I fondly recall the years we were together. We shared art, painting signs, calligraphy and writing flyers. We talked about faith, church and theology. And then the difficult relationships and the emotional anguish. Tortured souls on a road in search of healing. The playful teasing (the Dutch vs the Scottish) and humor. Lots of laughing. I am happy to have been your friend Carson. Thanks for the email messages and telephone conversations. Rest in Peace Carson

Dear Yvonne - Carson and I always shared a joke together (it was actually about a cruelty call regarding a goldfish!). His open smile and warm presence never failed to make me feel welcome. He was a wonderful character and remains in my heart that way. I am of course saddened but I'm sure you are terribly shocked and at a loss over his passing. This weekend is our AGM which I'm heavily involved in so will be thinking of both you and he rather than attending his Celebration of Life - with best thoughts for you and a warm 'adieu" to Carson - Jamie

My sincere and deepest condolences to you Yvonne, and family. I first met Carson in 1990 when I moved to Vancouver He was my "first" boss. He was so caring, kind and funny. He took me into his home when I was having some personal issues, and I remember him playing guitar there. I'll never forget taking a turtle into his office at the Burnaby shelter to get help identifying whether it was a turtle or a tortoise. It (bit)latched onto his hand right between his thumb and forefinger! As he quitely cursed beneath his breath and removed the reptile in question, he said "It's a turtle!!" I can still hear his laugh. We actually joked about this only 2 years ago, when we reconnected on Facebook. I hope you Yvonne, and family find comfort in the memories and knowing how much he will be missed by many. As Carol referred to him .... Farewell Mr. Bond.

Dear Yvonne, James, Kelly, Eric, and family, I'm very sorry to hear about Carson. My heart & prayers are with you all. I remember his laughter and big smile and how he made me feel welcome in his family. He certainly had a humorous nature and I'm sure he has all the angels laughing up in heaven. Blessings to you all.

Yvonne I am so sorry to hear about Carson's sudden passing. Another huge loss in our Bouvier family..and you are family. I feel your pain and loss. My sympathy and condolences go out to you and Carson's family. Pat and family

Yvonne and Family I am so sorry to hear about Carson. I always enjoyed working with him. I will remember him for his sense of humor, natty style of dressing and his wonderful smile. I have very fond memories of our own "Mr. Bond" Carol

To quote from our home town of Aberdeens motto " Happy to meet, sorry to part, happy to meet again" Bon Accord Carson. Today you are looking down over Torry, the harbour and the Bay of Nigg. Enjoy the view. You were a very special man who will be missed by many.

Yvonne, I am so sorry to hear about your loss! Nobody ever knows the right thing to say, and allthough I know you from dog shows only (I have the chinese cresteds) I just am so sad for you. I can't even imagine how sad and lost you and Carson's family must feel. It breaks my heart.

Our deepest condolences. We are very sorry for your loss. He was our favourite son in law. May he rest in peace.
