Jan.2nd/2024. While looking for another obituary I just now came across Philips. While only living as a kid for two years in Dubuc [ 1955-1957 ] I was best friends with Phillip. The family moved to Balcares while I was still there. I went once by train to visit him in 1957. After that we lost track of each other. I did hear from my aunt in Regina who worked for a short time in the restaurant in Dubuc while they were there. She would run into Phillip once in awhile and let me know how he was. Very sorry to hear he left us. He was a good child-hood friend. Wally McNeil.
