Leanne Phyllis Allin

November 14th, 2022

It is with great sadness that the family of Leanne Phyllis Allin (nee Ireland) announce her sudden passing on November 14, 2022 at the young age 59.

Leanne was predeceased by her father Ted. Leanne will be lovingly remembered by her mother Phyllis; her sister Lorena (Joey); children Chelsea (Henrik), Shannon (Travis) and Ashley (Joe); her grandchildren Isabelle, Jack, Adlee and Elliott; as well as numerous relatives and friends. Leanne’s only nieces Amanda (Ryan) and Jessica (Nate) are unable to join us but send their love from British Columbia.

Born in Kamsack, Saskatchewan, Leanne was Ted and Phyllis’s first-born daughter. The Ireland family moved to Regina, Saskatchewan when Leanne was 14. Attending Martin Collegiate, Leanne met Drake and together made three beautiful daughters. While Leanne was a very private person in her later years, it is very evident that she loved her family. She always adored coming out to family brunches and dinners and was always happy to celebrate birthdays and successes.

Memorial Service will be held for Leanne on Saturday, November 19, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. in Westhill Park Baptist Church, 8025 Sherwood Drive, Regina, Saskatchewan. The family will later have a private interment in Minitonas, Manitoba where we will lay Leanne to rest with her father.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Leanne’s memory to Regina Transition House, P.O. Box 1364, Regina, Saskatchewan S4P 3B8 or by phone at (306) 757-2096 (www.reginatransitionhouse.ca/take-action).

It’s taken me a while to write anything because, it’s still very hard for me to believe Leanne has passed. Leanne was a very nice and kind hearted person who enjoyed spending time with family. Sincere condolences to my dear sister and her family Leanne was my first niece and I was so proud to become an aunt. We had many happy times over the years with her and Chelsea Shannon and Ashley. Rest easy. Leanne. Uncle Norval and I will miss you Aunt Jenny

I have so many fond memories of Leanne from when we were kids. We had adventures on the farm & on grandma's stairs in Minitonas & in Togo & playing catch with Sam. Her smile & mischievious ways added to the fun we 4 cousins had in the summers. In our teen years too, we found ways to give our parents more grey hair, something about a really "cheap trick". Love & condolences to AP & Lorena & all of the family as say goodbye to a very special spirit. Brenda

I have known Leanne for 30 plus years. Her smiling face and her kindness and soft voice I will never forget. My condolences to her entire family. Please know she was loved by all of us here at sacred heart manor.

My deepest sympathies to my dear friend Phyllis, Lorena, and all Leanne’s family. May you find comfort in the fond memories you have of Leanne. Love and prayers to all.

Many fond memories of our time together! Rest easy my friend ❤️

Sending our heartfelt and sincerest condolences to Phyllis, daughter Lorena and her family, Chelsea, Shannon and Ashley and their families and all Leanne work colleagues and friends, and also family and friends in Manitoba. Hugs and Prayers to each of you.
