James (Jim) Lewis

It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Jim after a hard battle against cancer on January 28, 2021 at the age of 71. He passed peacefully with his wife Sharon and son Brian at his side.
He was born in Stouffville, Ontario to Donald and Agnes (Lotton) Lewis. The youngest of 7 siblings, he is survived by his sister Connie Redshaw and Betty Atkinson and many very special nieces, nephews and cousins.
Jim worked in construction for years and loved to build and bring his wife’s ideas to life sometimes commenting what did you come up with now. He enjoyed a beer with friends, always had a smile, an opinion and was open for a discussion on everything.
At Jim’s request there will be no service. Family and friends will gather for a celebration at a later date.
Donations may be made to your favorite cancer society. We would like to thank the staff (doctors and nurses) in Unit 3B at the Regina Pasqua Hospital for the excellent care Jim received during his stay there. We are grateful.
