Messages:

I was lucky enough to work alongside Kory. He always had a story to share to lighten the mood or share his expertise. He was a wonderful person with a big heart and he will be missed!

My heartfelt condolences go out to Kory's family and loved ones. I’ll remember Kory in many positive ways - his big smile and great sense of humor will never be forgotten.

I have been sitting here for the past 17 days and trying to wrap my head and heart around the fact that you are gone! The only peace I have is the knowledge that you were aware, as to how much I love you, appreciate all you have done for me and my children, most of all, how much you loved my sister Brenda Milligan-Davis, how you took such good care of her, you were each other's rock! I miss you, your food, the good times we shared, your face and huge bear hugs and seeing the love you had for Brenda! What was left of my heart, has forever been shattered! I promise, you will never be forgotten!

Gone but never forgotten RIP big man.

Kory was the most welcoming, accepting person. His giant laugh and kind heart was appreciated by everyone who had the good fortune to work with him. He will be missed.

I fondly remember a lot of fun times working alongside Kory in MJ and playing golf with him. We both shared a fond love for The Masters tournament every April, and a friendly wager on who would win. My sincere condolences to all of Kory’s loved ones.

~Kory meant so much to my Momma and to me and my kidlettes too. The laughs and hugs and thoughtfulness that came from him was simply amazing.(the leftovers too) Taking my momma to her heart home, Jamaica, where she spent so many days in the sun, brought her so much peace and happiness. Kory took the pictures at my wedding and loved my kids as though they were family from the moment they met. He will be missed dearly. Love you Brenda.~

Kory used to tease me as his, ‘2nd wife’-Because He and Brenda were two of the best friends I could ever ask for. When Brenda had cancer, Kory would just give me a big bear hug-And He was always there whenever we needed him. I’m so sad that I never got to say goodbye. I wish I could hold him one more time and tell him how much he meant to us. He was the MC at our wedding, and took our wedding photos. Nobody was as wise, loving, smart,Talented & sweet as Kory. My heart is broken. Praying that Brenda will have the strength to get through this. Love you Kory!!!

My friend! I miss you! I look forward to seeing you Again! Thank you for putting up with me!

Kory will be dearly missed. He was always there for my boys when they were younger and to trade recipes with, taught me a lot about using our smoker and loved just chatting with him about food. RIP Kory. Give Brendan a big hug, it was to soon, but I’m sure he’ll be happy to see you again.
