Mervin William Jackson

Mervin William Jackson passed away on November 12, 2020 at the age of 74 years after a short illness. He was born in Souris, MB and raised in Regent, MB. Mervin moved to Regina in 1978 where he worked for over 35 years. He was predeceased by his parents George and Florence Jackson; sister Jean Cuveleir; brother Murray Jackson; and son Troy Jackson. Mervin will be sadly missed by his son Dustin (Yvonne) Jackson; ex-wife and close friend Marsha York; brother Robert Jackson; nieces and nephews Robert Cuvelier, Gordon Cuvelier, Debbie (Orville) Acton, Karen Cuvelier, and Mark (Mallory) Cuvelier; and his close friend Andy Macza. No service will be held.

I was so saddened to hear of Merv's passing, I worked for 10 years with him at Chateau Tower, he was a great man to work with, always willing to go the extra mile for you, always a smile on his face. We always talked of his hunting trips and we traded baking for deer sausages every season, he will be greatly missed at Chateau Tower!

I will always remember Merv for his kindness and willingness to help, work related or not. He was a great guy with a heart of gold and will be missed by so many. He came to the rescue many times over the years. My deepest condolences to the family for your loss during this difficult time. RIP Merv.

So sad to hear of Merv’s passing, my condolences to all he left behind. I have know Merv for 20 years, working with him as a contractor at Chateau Towers. He always had a smile on his face and the time to meet. RIP Merv you will be missed my friend...
