Messages:

Our sympathy to you all. We had the bowling alley in Broadview & your Grandma used to bowl here for a number of years! She was a somewhat quiet person with a twinkle in her eye. She enjoyed the outing and the fellowship with Whitewood, Broadview & Grenfell Golden Agers & the Ladies League as well.I remember once writing her name on the board for a high score!!!!She lived a long life in the company of hometown people .& friends.

Brad, Ryan & families. We are sorry to learn of your grandmother passing. She was a wonderful lady who I met on several occasions. We were even given the pleasure of enjoying her perogies. She had a long life well lived. Our thoughts are with you.

So sorry to hear of Teeney’s passing. She was my mom’s (Irene Velestuk) best friend. When mom passed away in 2012, Teeney and I kept in touch so we could share memories of Irene. We knew each other before this, but became closer through these phone calls every couple weeks. She would always feed me great meals (cabbage rolls stand out) when I would stop to see her in Regina. 100 years! I’m honoured to have known such a great lady. Deepest sympathies, Cheryl

Ryan and Brad, We send our deepest sympathy to both of you and your families on the death of your grandma. She lived a long life and sadly outlived your parents. Now you are the oldest generation of your family. Take care of each other and know that others are thinking of you as you grieve. With sympathy Doug, Janet, Kelly and Kris Craig
