Christopher Paul Ritchie

May 3rd, 2019

It is with great sadness that the family of Christopher Paul Ritchie, late of Regina, Saskatchewan, announces his sudden death on May 3, 2019 at the age of 37 years.  Paul is survived by his loving parents Cyndi Egbert and Dale Ritchie; brothers Mike Ritchie and Jeff Egbert; niece Celes; nephews Xander and Liam; aunts Sherri Egbert and Maureen Cameron and his uncle Bill Egbert.  Paul was born in Calgary, Alberta and moved to Saskatchewan with his Mom and brothers in 1992.  Paul graduated from Greenall High School in Balgonie, Saskatchewan and started his passion to become an electrician.  Paul was a very loving and caring man and always brought a smile to your face with his infectious laugh.  Paul left us too soon due to a life-long addiction to drugs.  The family will have a small get together as a celebration of life as that is what Paul would have wanted.  We will always carry your memory in our hearts.

Messages:

Paul was a friend of our daughter Tanya when he lived in Calgary and we got to know him through their group of friends. We loved him as a member of our extended family, and he was easy to love. Tom and I offer our sincere condolences to the family, and please know we are saddened at his loss.

My Dear Friend.....we have shared so many feelings and stories of the Horrible Difficult Journey that we've taken with our Loved Ones!! Too Too Many Sad Endings!!! Sorry Yours Is One of Them!!! Prayers That You Will Eventually Feel Even A bit Less Sad As I Can't Imagine Your Sorrow!

So very sorry to Cyndi and family. Thinking of you during this time.

I am so sorry for your loss Cyndi. I know this has been such a hard battle for you both. Remember the good times when you are feeling low. You can always call me if you need to talk. My sincere condolences.

Paul was the closest thing I ever had to a father figure and he was an amazing roll model and I loved him and miss him every day

Miss you with all of my heart Paul. Each day is a struggle without you. Rest in peace my son. We will meet again in Heaven.
