Lionel F. Peltier

Lionel Francis Peltier, late of Regina, SK passed away suddenly in Nelson, B.C. on Thursday, August 1, 2019 at the age of 64 years.

 Lionel was predeceased by his parents Freole and Simone Peltier; his niece Colette Hines-Stubel; and his mother-in-law Anne Dukart.

 He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Diane of 37 years; his son Lowell and his daughter Alexis; his father-in-law Frank Dukart; sister-in-law Susan Dukart; his nephews Randy Dalke, Rob Dalke and Ross Edwards and his nieces Karen Hines Gordon and Cathy Hines Empey; as well as other family and many friends.

 Lionel loved animals, especially his dog Kisses. He also loved music, travelling and all nature's wonders particularly in British Columbia. Lionel was environmentally friendly. He loved to compost and do his part to protect the environment.

 Celebration of his Life will be held on Saturday, August 17, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. in the Uplands Community Centre, 20 Weekes Crescent, Regina, SK. In lieu of flowers, donations in Lionel’s memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.

Diane and Family, I offer you my condolences in the loss of Lionel. I just heard of his death this evening from Carol Brock. I will be in Regina tomorrow and if I can get there on time will attend the gathering in Uplands. Know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. May you find comfort in fond memories of Lionel. My sincere condolences to Lionel's family, although we were not close, we were cousins, and I was always interested in the activities and developments within the immediate and extended family. Sorry unable to attend the memorial service, my thoughts are with you Andre Beaudette
