Leah Yvonne Belliveau

Leah Yvonne Belliveau (nee Galbiati) passed away with her family by her side on Monday, February 25, 2013, at the age of 49 years.  She was predeceased by her father Harvey, grandparents Ruth and Al.  Leah will always be remembered by her loving husband of 29 years Darrell; her children Randelle, Richard (Morgan), and Russell (Jolene);  grandchildren Tristan, Mckennah, and expected soon grandson;  mother Vicki Galbiati; sister Bonnie (Mark) Janes; brother Mark; parents-in-law Dorothy and Gilles Belliveau; brother-in-law Brian (Roberta) Belliveau; sister-in-law Brenda (Tim) Brodt; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.  Leah also left behind her life-long friend Linda Mackin.  Leah always had an open heart and home and was willing to share both with anyone that she touched.  She loved crafting and had an eye for design and finding a good deal.  Her warmest memories were of time spent with Darrell and family whether it was camping, trips to the rink or soccer field.  She will be forever missed.  The family wishes to express extreme gratitude to the staff at Allan Blair Cancer Clinic and the Regina Palliative Home Care team who’s extreme care and compassion will never be forgotten.  Flowers most gratefully declined.  Private family service will be held at a later date.  Friends so wishing may make donations in Leah’s memory to Hope’s Home, 350 College Ave., Regina, SK S4N 0W8

I was very saddened to hear of Leah's passing. I met Leah while working at SaskTel; we had many a laugh together. To her husband & family, may God Bless & bring you comfort in the coming days. Also, to Brenda Brodt, my deepest sympathy as well.

Our condolences to you and your family for your loss. Leah was always so warm and friendly whenever we saw her and that warmth and kindness will not be forgotten. She was a wonderful person and will be missed.

Darrell, Randi, Rick, Russell - Words can not express the heartfelt sympathy that I am sending your way. Leah was such a special person in my life. The time that we spent together with our families made a great impact on me. Each of my girls have their own special memories of Auntie Leah. I cherish the time that I got to work with, play with, relax with, craft with, drinking coffee, wine and beers with, etc. Leah and the family. If you ever need anything, please do not hesitate to call. The girls and I are here. You are in our prayers.

My sincere condolences Darrell, Randi, Rick and Russ and extended family. We cannot begin to understand what you must be going through right now, but we send our love. She was a sensitive, resilient and very intelligent woman. We are all the better for having had her in our life and she will be missed.

Darrell and family - I am so sorry to hear about Leah's passing. Dear Belliveau Family - I was stunned to hear of Leah's passing and am so incredibly sorry. I had the pleasure of getting to know Leah while working with her at SaskTel. We definitely shared many laughs together! She was a fabulous woman who was very proud of her family and loved telling everyone about their latest accomplishments. I am glad to have known Leah.
