Messages:

Dear Helen and families, Our condolences for your loss, our thoughts are with you and yours. Kevin & Chris

Helen & family, I was so sad to learn of our dad's passing. I had a visit with Letty Neuman a couple of weeks ago and was asking after your dad. I remember well what great care you took of him when he shared that hospital room with Mom back in 2010. Mom was not ecstatic to be sharing a room with a man but, if she had to, Art was a great option. . . not only because he was a long-time friend but because he too suffered from macular degeneration and wouldn't notice if her johnny shirt wasn't completely closed (fat chance of that happening with my mom). Art will always be remembered as a kind hearted, good-natured man who was always willing to go the extra mile to help out a neighbour or a community event. I know he will be dearly missed but I also know he lives on in your heart through the many memories you have built together. Brenda Hoskin

Our thoughts are with you in the loss of your Dad. We were fortunate to have him ( and your Mom) as neighbours . Your Dad always wore a smile and was quick to share a laugh with. A good man who left a positive impression on our family. Jim & Linda Scott

To the Baker Family, Please accept our deepest sympathy in the passing of your Dad. He was a wonderful person and we will remember his smile!

To the "Baker" Family: Will always remember Art fondly: as a neighbor and friend. Condolences to the family. Love from Bert and Elke Mannes

Dear Helen and family. I am do sorry to learn of your dad's passing. He was a wonderful man, I loved his laugh! He always took an interest in me and my family and I so appreciated that. I remember terrific times with your mom and dad and funny enough all these years on, I think of them often and fondly remember them. I am unable to attend Art's service, but will remember him in my prayers that day. My deepest condolence to you, Anne and John, May God surround you with His comfort and peace at this sad time. Lorna
