Gordon Bell

On Sunday, July 9th, 2017, in his 90th year, John Gordon Bell passed peacefully into the presence of his Lord.  Gordon was predeceased by his wife Anne (Friesen), by his sisters Lorelei Downey (Marvin), Effie McTavish (Robert), Ruby Alexander (Harold), by his brothers Milton (Jean) and Archie, and by his brother-in-law Al Westlake.  He is survived by his sisters Sheila Westlake, Dorothy Alway (Harry), Dr. Aletta Bell, his sister-in-law Pat Poisson, and by his daughters Cindy Van Der Eijk (Otto) and Carol Bell (Karol Roseman). 

Gordon was a retired police sergeant who had served in the London (Ontario) police force for over 30 years.  Gordon will be fondly remembered as loving father, husband, brother, uncle and friend. 

A memorial service for Gordon's life will be held at the South Abbotsford M.B. Church at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 13, 2017.
