Messages:

Gordon, Travis, Jeff, Zach I was shocked and heartbroken to read your mom had passed away. Your mom and I were friends many years ago in school but lost touch over the years. Even so, I never forgot all the fun we had and I have not since and will never have a better friend. Gord and Maxine were the nicest people and Maxine was the best cook. I spent many weekends at their home in Airdrie. Take care of your grandfather boys.

We want to express our deepest sympathy and condolences to all family members and friends who are grieving at this time. It’s hard to know what to say at times like this, but please find comfort in what it says at John 5:28&29: “Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life.” Imagine the joy of welcoming our loved ones who will be resurrected back to life as promised in that bible verse. Till then, it's like they are “sleeping.” (Please read John 11:11-14) As well, there will soon come a time when disease, sickness and pain will be gone forever. (Please read Revelation 21:4) May these sure promises bring you comfort. Take Care. Larry & Jacquie

Dearest family members of Laurel, It was a deeply distressful news for me when I heard your mom passed away. I could not stop crying for hours as your mom is beloved by me. That day I heard the news was one of the saddest day of my life. Though I've left Calgary and moved to California 4 years ago, I miss your mom from thousands of miles away. Every so often, I think of the wonderful time I had with your mom when she was my supervisor. She is one of the most loving, kind, and caring people I've ever met. The fond memory of your mom in my heart will for sure accompany and comfort me for the rest of my life. While the loss of your mom saddens me extremely, I am grateful that I've had the precious chance to meet your mom, get to know her. She made me feel like I was one of her children when she helped me, guided me, and fostered my growth as a new immigrant and new member of her group. Though she has left this world, your mom will stay in my heart and prayers. May God bless all your families.
