Messages:

to the Bilton family - my deepest condolences to you. Though I last saw your Mom when I was in high school with Laura, Isabel was a memorable lady. She was a practical and down to earth lady with a great sense of humor. My best to each of you.

Sorry to hear of Isabel's passing. She was a wonderful lady. We have fun memories of how she put up with Fred and Bruces antics. They put frozen beaver pelts in her freezer and she almost thaughed them out as a cake and they tryed to make black powder in her blender. When we visited her and Tom in Creston, she sent us home with our car so full of plumbs the car could hardly make it through the mountains. She will always live in our heart. She will be missed. So sorry to hear about Aunt Isabel's passing from Kathy just recently. We're glad that Isabel lived a long and happy life close to family. I can still remember when she used to come down for the Alberta teacher's convention every year and she would sit in the living room in Calgary and regale us with stories about her experiences as a teacher. She had Dad in stitches numerous times. I also remember her going shopping with Mother in Calgary, the two of them indulging in buying fabrics and notions, many of which Mother never ended up using for anything since she didn't really sew much. But they had a great time and a lot of laughs. They were quite the pair. Your mother will be missed. We're so sorry for your loss. I hope you are all well. Would love to hear from you. -Jan Simpson, WA
