Donna Brazeau

Donna JoAnne  Brazeau (nee Cadarette) was born to Herman and Doris Cadarette (predeceased) on June 23,1957 in Windsor, Ontario. Donna passed away peacefully in her home on Wednesday, November 18, 2020 with her husband, Robert Brazeau and her daughter, Leigh-Anne Robertson by her side. 

 

Donna and Robert married on September 21, 1974 in Windsor, Ontario; they were life long partners and best friends. Donna’s passion was music, if there was a crowd she would play. Throughout the years she played in many places with Robert right by her side. Donna met many  lifelong friends along the way, and loved her family more than anything. She is survived by her loving husband, Robert Brazeau; her daughter, Leigh-Anne Robertson; her son, David Brazeau, and his wife Nikki; daughter, Krista Lane, and her husband, Jarrett. Donna was also survived by her loving grandchildren, Ryan, Kyle (Sarah), Sean (Sheldon) and her littlest grandchildren, who adored their “Gaga”, Ray-Lea and Arabella. She is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren,  Xander, Therion & Vayda; sisters, Lynn (Jim,deceased ) Heather (Brian, deceased); and brothers, Leonard (Diane), Wayne (Debbie), Herman (Diane). Donna also had many nieces and nephews whom she adored. She lost her sister, Debbie Piche (nee Cadarette), to breast cancer on June 12,1994. Donna was loved by many, and will sadly be missed.

My deepest condolences to the family for your loss.

My condolences to Robert and family. Donna was a great person. She welcomed everyone she knew and met with open arms. A heart of gold and infectious smile that left an everlasting imprint on those that had the pleasure of knowing her. Heaven has gained an angel, a songbird with such a beautiful voice only she can call her own. She will be missed dearly.

I am with deep sadness that we lost Donna, I am so glad that I got to see her with Dave and Nikki this past summer, Go sing with the Angels, Donna. May you rest in Paradise xoxo
