Gerald Paul Lester

It is with
great sadness that we announce the passing of Gerry; beloved husband, father,
grandfather, and great-grandfather.
Gerry was pre-deceased by his parents,
Harry & Ruth Lester, brothers, Garth, Carl, Larry, & John Lester,
grandson, Morgan Bergquist. He is survived by his loving wife Bernice, of 59
years, children, Spencer (Karen) Lester, Forrest (Lise) Lester, Neloa (Carl)
Bergquist, Candace (Robert) Hoffman, Brandan (Lorilee) Lester, Alohree (Keith)
McMurdo, Kellen Lester, Selene Becker, Harlan (Margaret) Lester. Twenty-three
grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
A Memorial Service was held at the Royal
Canadian Legion, Branch # 25, Hanna on Friday, March 9, 2012 at 1:00 pm.
Flowers are gratefully declined; if so desired, donations in Gerry’s memory may
be made to the Hanna Hospital, Box 730, 904 – Centre Street North, Hanna,
Alberta T0J 1P0.
