Sharon Elizabeth Richardson

It is with profound sadness that the family of Sharon Elizabeth Richardson, age 77, a long time resident in Langley, BC, announce her passing on October 1, 2019 from the effects of Cancer.
Sharon lived her life in the service of those around her. She worked for a short time as a nurse at Vancouver General before beginning her family and raising her 4 children. She was always an active member of her Church community starting in Aldergrove at Immanuel Lutheran and later at Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran in Langley. Always an active volunteer in every aspect of her life; most particularly with the Aldergrove Skating Club and Figure Skating governing body here in BC. She loved to read, do puzzles and spend time with her family. Sharon will be deeply missed by her sisters, children, grandchildren, great grandchild and friends. A service to remember Sharon will be held at Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church ~ 20097 - 72nd Ave on Saturday, November 9th @ 10am. Donations to Cancer Research in lieu of flowers is appreciated.
