Messages:

I worked with Dorian for a long time in SGEU and as others have said he was trustworthy honest and an all around good person. The patience he showed working with the Public Service Bargaining Committee Chair [me] is legendary. While we didn’t always agree we always found a way to work together for the benefit of the members. He will be missed in this world. Bernice, to you and the kids my deepest condolences. I am sorry I did not make the service as I am not well but I can assure you my heart and thoughts are with you today.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you, Bernice and your family, at this difficult time.

So saddened to hear the news of Dorion's passing. Memories of working at the Health Lab long ago and then meeting him once again attending the Paul Schwann Love 2 Live exercise program. My prayers and sympathies go out to you Bernice and all of the. family.

I worked with Dorian at SGEU and he was one of the most trusted and nicest person who ever worked at SGEU. The members loved him and the staff were in awe of him. So very sorry to hear of his passing. To the Hazzard family I believe he was a wonderful father, husband and grandfather. I am sure you have wonderful memories.

I met Dorian when he was with the SGEU and I was with the Public Service Commission in the labour relations area. In spite of the fact we were on different sides on many employer- union- employee issues, I considered him a trusted friend. On one occasion we shared a vehicle driving to a bargaining session in La Ronge, he was at the wheel. Hitting an icy patch just north of St. Louis, the van went off the road and rolled. On any meeting after that, and in good humour, I never ceased to remind him that he tried to kill me. He was a man of principle and of his word, intelligent and a true pro in the work he did. More importantly he was just a fine person. He made the world we shared a better place.

Deepest sympathy on Dorian's passing. He and my late husband were part of the spring fishing crew at Nameiben Lake. Cherish all your wonderful memories.

Sincere sympathy Bernice and family. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all at this very difficult time!!

Dorian brought his considerable intellect, knowledge and communication skills to SGEU. His family is rightfully proud of this fine man.

My sympathy to Dorian's family. Dorian was a good very good friend of mine. His sense of humor never waivered as we had some great times exercising at the U of R.

I have so many memories of working with Dorian. Initially at SGEU and then at the PSC. He was a great mentor and friend. We shared many a road trip listening to Stompin’ Tom on the way to union meetings. He loved sharing stories about his grand kids. Bernice my condolences for your loss. Dorian was a truly amazing guy.
