John Norman Short,March 5, 1939 - August 27, 2022
With family by his side, John went peacefully over rainbow. John is best known for building and operating for well over 50 years Vancouver Marina in Richmond BC. He had an equally long career in the used car business. John is survived by his wife, Carol, children, Derrick and wife Maria, Michael and wife Laura, and Suzanne Cyr and husband Ryan, and grandchildren Natasha and husband Steve Beselt, Jack and Ben Short and Logan and Austin Cyr, and great grandson Parker Beselt. John was pre-deceased by his parents Mildred and Jack and his brother Glenn and wife Muriel. Donations to Kidsport www.Kidsport.ca Surrey/White Rock chapter kindly accepted.
