It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Claire. Mom was tenacious and fought a courageous fight. When no miracle was to be found, dad came and took mom to be with him once again in God’s House. Predeceased by her loving husband Peter of 54 years, parents William and Yvonne Martin, in-laws Albert and Clara Carrier. Also predeceased by her brothers Marcel, Adrian, Gilles and Albert and sister Terry. Sisters-in-law Jeannie and Tina and brother-in-law Ernie (Francis). Survived by her children Pauline (Brian), Susanne (Jerry) and Larry (Andrea); siblings Jeanette, Vivian, Rachelle (Ray), Roland (Pam), Maurice (Donna) and Lucien (Terry); 8 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

Evening prayer service to be held on Thursday June 4, 7:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Fatima Parish, 315 Walker Ave, Coquitlam. Catholic funeral mass to be held Friday June 5, 11:00 a.m. at the same location.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the phenomenal and caring nurses and care aids at Baillie House. Donations graciously accepted to the Heart and Lung Association and/or Pro-Life Foundation.
