Pauline Rutherglen

September 13th, 2022


Yokohama Princess Mother of Four & Conway's Love of his Life❤️ was born in Japan in 1926 and died peacefully in her sleep on September13th, 2022. They loved to travel and travel they did.

She was the Rossland whole milk and anti-fluoride activist Red Mountain socialite, Queens’ Bay sunbather babe (together with Peggy Collinson), and had thirteen great-grandchildren and Spaniel Zoey to keep her laughing.

She lived long and well and we will miss her. 

She is greatly loved by her children; Ron (Dorien) of Amsterdam, Grant (Brenda) of Kelowna, Lynn of Rossland and Mark (Lynn) of Auckland, NZ,  

Grandchildren & Great Grandchildren;

Mark Jr. (Salena) and Lola, Lisa and Kaya,  

Broden (Courtney) Finley, Cohen, 

Travis (Clare) Avery

Luke (Laura) Easton, Daisy and Briella

Jesse (Amelia) Miles and Roman, 

Matt (Lisa), Breana and Isabel 

Alex (Alan) Hazel & Maz

The Rutherglen family wishes to thank the wonderful staff at Rosewood Village Trail, and Mountain Lakes in Nelson, for their great kindness & care given to our dear “Chan”.  Resting quietly now.

A Family Celebration of Life will be held in the summer of 2023 in her beloved Queens’ Bay. Details to follow at a later date.
