Wayne Flug of Calgary, passed away on Wednesday, June 12, 2019 at the age of 75 years.
Wayne is survived by his daughter, Tracy Flug, his son, Gord (Twyla) Flug and grandchildren, Jorja and Kallen Flug; sister, Delores (Jim) Leach and brother, Ken (Barb) Flug.
Wayne will be remembered by friends and family as someone who liked to fish, play baseball, work in the yard and just be outdoors. He would always be there for anyone needing a helping hand.
A Memorial Service will be held at Meadowlark Park Community Association at 623 - 58 Ave SW, Calgary, AB on Wednesday, June 19, 2019 at 2:00 pm. If desired, in lieu of flowers, please donate to the Heart and Stroke Foundation 100, 119 – 14 Street NW, Calgary, AB T2N 1Z6.Messages:
I was so sorry to read of your dad's passing. You have my deepest sympathy.
As a brother in law, I remember Wayne as being a proud man. A leader and loved to dress up in his best when seen in public or at work. He truly enjoy gardening and working in the yard. Sending a message of piece to his family he certainly is in a better place now. Blessing to his family for looking after him for so long, it is your turn to relax and enjoy all the good memories.

I am so sorry to hear of Waynes passing HE was a mentor to me in my younger days as I grew up in REDCLIFF as well we all had little then and very big familys and we all got along very well I will always remember his generosity to me as another young person in a small town and he carried on when he moved to MED HAT to work in various retail stores. Sorry that I missed the obituary.
