Jill Earl

Jill (nee Burley) Earl was born to Art and Ellen Burley on June 29th, 1940 in Basingstoke, England where she lived until she was 19 years old.  She then emigrated to Sarnia, Ontario Canada to be closer to her twin sister Janet Allen.  She married and raised 2 children Steve Terek and Linda Stratton.  She was employed with Sarnia police department for many years.  She eventually moved west to Calgary Alberta where she met her husband Arnold Earl who she married in May 2003.  They lived in High River, Alberta. Jill passed away November 18 at the Foothills Hospital in Calgary due to complications after open heart surgery.

Jill is survived by her husband, Arnold; her son, Steve; and daughter, Linda (Dave); and grandchildren, Kirk and Charlotte.  Her extended family also includes step daughters, Monique, Gaetanne, Joanne, and Lori, and Christine (Tyler); Nieces and Nephews, Chris (Michelle), Dave (Brenda), and Nicole and their families.  She is predeceased by her parents, Art and Ellen Burley; twin sister, Janet Allen and husband, Peter Allen; nephew, Terri (Tammy). 

Jill had a heart for volunteering and loved animals. She will be sorely missed by her many friends, family and all those who knew her.
