NESBITT, Robert Allan

November 5, 1957 – July 10, 2021

It is with much sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Robert Nesbitt on Saturday, July 10, 2021. Robert “Bob”  is predeceased by his parents Donald and Florence Nesbitt. His beautiful niece Amy Nesbitt will miss her uncle very much. As each year passed from the time Amy was born, Uncle Bobby would send at Christmas until she was an adult a snow-baby. She now has a very special collection that she will forever cherish. Even a few years back Bob used all his air miles so his niece Amy and sister in law Sheila Nesbitt could take a mother-daughter trip to Seattle. Even though Bob lived in Ontario for most of Amy’s childhood they spoke often. Whenever he called the first thing he would say was “Are you married yet?!” which always brought a smile and much laughter to Amy. Bob had a very big heart, loved his friendships made over the years. He lived in a great community and developed a close friendship with his neighbor Edward Pope and his family. He worked hard throughout his career in the Computer Networking with many specializations, knowledge and expertise in the Technology industry. He owned his own business here in Calgary “Stellar Computer Remedies” as well worked for many years with StarData Systems in Ontario. Though Bob spent many years in Ontario it was awesome when he finally moved to Calgary and lived just 8 houses down from us for many years with his mom Florence. Bruce Nesbitt will miss his brother very much. A brotherly love that they shared growing up. Both Bruce and Bob crushed when there dad Donald passed and then years later the passing of mom Florence. When words go unspoken the love was and always will be there. We will miss you Bob and we hope you can catch up with mom and dad and know your forever in our hearts. Love always Bruce, Amy and Sheila Nesbitt. A private family Service will be held by his family. His Cremated Remains will be spread in joining with his parents. In loving memory of Robert Nesbitt, if you wish to donate to the Heart and Stroke Foundation here in Calgary the address is # 100, 119 - 14 Street NW, Calgary, Alberta,  T2N 1Z6.
