Pat is the love of my life, most incredible father, and if he loved you, you knew it!

Pat seized EVERY opportunity to tell his family and friends he loved them.  All he wanted was to see everybody living their best life.

“Carpe diem, seize the day, make your lives extraordinary”

Cathy, I am so sorry for your loss. Pat was a fantastic person. Thinking of you and your family

Pat's concern for his students, workmates and family was evident everyday that I knew him. So sorry to hear of his passing.

To Kathy and family: I'm very sorry to learn about Pat. Many years have passed since we've been in touch but I can still remember Pat's laugh, his wonderful sense of humour and his joy in life. He was a special person with a beautiful soul. My heart is so sad for you and your family. My sincere condolences. Thinking of you all, Brenda Janzen

Kathy and family - I wish there was something I could say to ease your loss, I worked for Pat a long time and when he spoke of his family it was with great pride and love. when I run into grown students, that he taught, they always ask about him . he was a great man .he will be missed

Cathy I am so truly sorry to hear that Pat passed away. I know how strong your relationship was and know that you will grieve deeply. I will remember Pat as. Gentle giant and someone who always advocated for what he believed was right. My very deepest condolences to you and your family.

I have been blessed to love this man for many years. Many phases of my life. From my teen years to adult. To having my own children who again were blessed by his love and mentorship through teen years as well. He has touched many people in his life. His bigger then life attitude and love for every moment. He has been one of the best role models of what a husband and father should be. His hugs and show of love was never ending. He will be very missed. We are all blessed to have known him. All my love from my family to yours. Xo

Pat lit up a room with his warm, caring and jovial personality. Cathy, my heart goes out to you and your family for your great loss.

It is at this very sad time for you Cathy and your family that I am reminded of how wonderful Pat was as a person, family man, friend and teacher too! I will always remember his reading of "The Dragons Are Singing Tonight" in his amazing baritone voice. A very talented guy from poetry to science! Hope to see you soon!

Kathy, I'm so sorry for your loss. I haven't seen you both for several years but I always enjoyed our visits. You and Pat were two of my favorite clients. He had a great sense of humor and he always made me laugh. Sending love and hugs.
